Despite the accessibility and convenience, you can enjoy the privacy of the space for an intimate and cozy gathering.
Measuring 730 sqft, Shin Daijoubu comes fully equipped with airconditioning, a functional kitchenette, toilet and shower facilities, smart TV, WiFi, speaker, projector, board games, and comfortable sitting for up to 30 persons. We even have our own podcast studio!
It is tastefully decorated to be every otaku’s dream home.
Why we do what we do
(daijoubu means ‘ok’ or ‘I’m fine’ in Japanese. Essentially it’s the appropriate response to give when you are content, relaxed, happy and comfortable.)
Many of us grew up consuming anime. Whether it is Gundam in the 70s, Dragon Ball in the 80s, Pokemon in the 90s, Death Note in the early 2000s or Demon Slayer in recent years, anime had and will continue to play an influential role in our lives.
We believe in the power of community when it comes to enjoying things that are close to our hearts. Whether it is creating content around our favourite fandom or simping over our husbandos or waifus, these are best enjoyed with those like us.

Following our roots as a home grown anime themed cafe, create your own anime themed concoctions and bakes here, or enlist our services to design a themed menu for your event.
Anime Themed Decorations
Everywhere you look, you’ll be inspired by the anime, comics and games that had influenced our lives. We’ll be happy to help you theme our space for your next event too.
Podcast Studio
This is where we record our bi-weekly podcast episodes for Geekigai. Our studio is sound proofed and equipped with lights, mics, audio mixer and podcast table for four.
